PCP

PCP is a highly illegal and dangerous drug on the island of Altis, the APD has specially trained teams which work to disrupt its distribution.

1) In order to star making PCP you have to go to the Henbane field WEST of Athira, at the Henbane field you gather Henbane plant

2) You then have to travel to the Hydrogen sulfate field and gather an EQUAL amount of hydrogen

3) Then travel to the PCP lab and process 1 henbane plant and one hydrogen together into PCP pills. You can either sell these to the drug dealer, or you can refine them into PCP Pill Sheets at the Purification Factory for more money but beware the purification factory is a heavily contested location.
